Need help with 03 engine bracket

Working on an 03 that had the engine rebuilt. It's been apart for a while and I believe a bracket was lost for the power steering pump. Can someone help me out?

I believe it goes from the gear case to pump, but I could be wrong.

I have the threaded bracket, I was assuming that was the rear by the looks of it. It looks like a flat piece goes from the gear case to PS pump, is that correct?

3947408 is the Cummins part number on that piece. It's only like 15.00, unfortunately I don't show availability anyplace except maybe the factory.
