New 7 blade drop in wheel now available

DRTurbo

Turbocharger Engineer
For you guys PM'ing us that wanted a new 7 blade HO drop in wheel we now have one for you. The new compressor wheel has a 20% smaller hub, the blades are also staggered on the hub for greater surface area as well and the primary blade to secondary blade angle (13 degrees) has been opened up for even more airflow. On the dyno the wheels are picking up 30-50rwhp and hold about 5-10psi more of boost on a well thought out setup. Wheels are also 20 grams lighter then the originals as well. Call us or PM us for upgrade pricing. :ft:

Its a 75mm drop in wheel. The 75 is by far the most popular S400 wheel for diesels. So we started with it. Will go up and down on the sizes shortly.

For those asking the 1st batch of them have left. Reiff Diesel just got the 1st one today...they should have some customer results soon.

Yes we did! Thanks again and have a merry Christmas!

The wheel does have quite a bit of flow improvement over the cast version.

Next to cast wheel. As you can see, smaller hub, staggered blade angle on the hub, also the inducer blades start higher on the hub and taper down to the same height as cast do as well. Also the primary to secondary blade angles are larger versus the cast one follows the same angle. In other words effectively making the wheel as large an area hitting atmosphere as possible that we can still keep 75mm.
