I have one coming in from a 2009 2500, which should work.
Worst case is you'll need to flash it to the 07-1/2 O/S.

Current List:

TCM for 2003 5.9 automatic, part number 56040476AB, in working order when removed, have 2, $100 SHIPPED, each.

TCM for a 2008, but I believe it works for 2007.5-2009, part number 05187276AC, worked when removed, $125 SHIPPED.

2003 5.9 AUTOMATIC ECM 3963994, running unit, $350.

2008 6.7 ECM, from a Ram 5500 with an Aisin, worked good when removed, would also flash to a manual, $500.

2009 6.7 ECM, from a Ram 3500 with a 68RFE, has 138,000 miles on it, $550 SHIPPED.

2012 6.7 ECM, from a Ram 2500 with a 68RFE, has 232,000 miles, $350.
 
TST Powermax, was on a 2003 Dodge 5.9 Cummins, worked when removed, have everything, $300/offer.

Anteater transmission controller, don't know much about it, or what it does, all I know is that it appears that it's all there, including the original box. Seeing as how they are over $800 new, I'll ask $600/offer.

Either one can be flashed to work on the 1998-2000 trucks.

2001 manual ecm still available? Any idea if it was from 5 or 6 speed trans if so?

Picked up a 6.7 ECM, part number 5258003, which is, IIRC, a Cummins Service Replacement for 2007-2010 CM2100s, this one has a 2007 VIN, $600.
