no power to lift pump 04.5 On the side of the road

I have a friend broke down on 65 north of indy, His fuel filter bowl is not filling with fuel. His truck has been updated to the intank pump assembly. He put a new pump in it and it is still not working. Sounds like he may not be getting power to the pump assembly. Any ideas, What fuses/relays feed these things

I believe it is the orange wire with a red tracer that feeds the pump. Just send it 12V hot from a spare fuse and put a toggle switch on it to get it rolling for now.
