I got an email a few weeks ago from Dean Rue of

"Come to the second truck drag race (about 30* cooler than last year's and expecting a lot more trucks) on Sunday October 14 at Sacramento Raceway
(Jackson Hwy and north on Excelsior Road), vendors will be available at 8AM.
Overnight parking can possibly be arranged. Any interested vendors and trophy sponsors please telephone us today at 916-989-9747."

I know this is short notice and many are planning to go to Houston, but if you think you might like to stay local and are looking for something to do in NORCAL, please post here so we can get a feel for how many might like to attend.

that should be a great show. wish i didnt have to work. might call in sick?
 
Sounds cool anyone know how many diesel folks are going.Watching gas rigs all day gets old.
 
last year there were about 15 diesel trucks racing. should be a better turnout this time, last year it was 107* out.

The NHRA rule allows the ECM but no use of Laptops for dataloging? Correct?

Does that mean no Boxs on VP44 dodges?


I think they most likely mean no delay setups.
 
ELectronics = delay boxes, drag racing aids, etc...

YOu guys are fine with your laptops and boxes.
