Nv5600 lubrication

Just curious to hear some opinions or thoughts on running a fluid like CASE HY-TRAN ULTRA or JOHN DEERE HY-GUARD in this slushbox? If I remember correctly, the HY-TRAN ULTRA is specially formulated to protect "yellow metals", as well as it's superior water SUSPENSION abilities. Not looking to be blasted with the usual answers, was simply curious, as we keep many gallons of these products around for tractors anyways. Thanks in advance !
 
I think the viscosity will be the killer, TDH oil is usually pretty thin. It's intended purpose is also a much lower speed use so I would worry about how well it will cling to the gears.
 
NV5600 uses a 5w-30 synchromesh oil.

I run Amsoil MTF in mine.
