OBD Trouble codes

I have some codes popping up for low fuel rail pressure, Mass airflow sensor, and something with the egr. Is this something I should look into or is this caused from the hypertech. they only pop up sometimes..
 
I wouldn't think a hypertech would cause a low rail pressure code unless the relief valve is already weak. Might try shimming it to cure that. I didn't think many LB7's had EGR unless they were cali trucks; If it's not blocked w/ a plate I'm not sure without having the exact code. As for the MAF is may very well be the tuner.
 
Cool, yes it was a cali truck and the egr's coming off tomorrow along with the hypertech. Im putting an edge on and Ill see what comes up..
 
I know my edge caused a maf code initially after install-don't be alarmed at first if it does. It will probably make the low pressure code more often on one of the higher levels
