Oil Loss

I had an oil leak(in to the valley) on the exhaust side of my turbo going into the heads at the y-pipes. Tightened up the clamp and no more leak, but am using oil. No oil on the Tymar side of the turbo. Tailpipe is oily but doesn't blow smoke. I have some white blowby not alot and the oil cap moves up a little if I leave it loose. I have a small amount of up and down play and no in and out on the turbo...Any suggestions? Tate

Turbo is leaking oil and seeping down after shut down.You tightened the clamp so it leaks in to the pipe and seals up a bit when its running but still leaks.So my guess is your turbo is going... :Cheer: $.02

Pardon my stupidity By "after shutdown" you mean truck shutdown? cause it does it as I drive(when the clamp was loose and I stopped after a drive it was all over the underneath of the truck. Thanks Tate
