P0054 and P0138

Are you sure it's an ME version? And what year is your truck? That may help people answer your questions easier in the future. So please fill out your signature.
 
It's not my truck, but it is a 2010 and yes has the ME files. It just threw the code not to long ago and the stuff has been on there for 6 months
 
I would try redownloading the smarty and see what happens.
