P7100 throttle

I am working on my 70 chevelle ss 12v prostreet build and ran into a small question. Can I use the rear lever arm on the p7100 for my throttle connect and ditch the rod and entire front throttle assembly?

Please let me know your thoughts.

Yes, you can connect directly to the throttle arm as long as you build the proper supports and have the correct amount of travel for your throttle control.

I did this on a 01 dodge 2500 12V swap. Throttle was super touchy on the truck.

I made mine less twitchy by adding more return springs to the single lever.

Thank you everyone. I also changed the pivot point on my pedal to reduce the sensitivity.
