Well deal is I sorta wrecked the truck in my avatar. I took out a dually fender and a few other cosmetic items. I was thinking of making it into a SRW, I already know that the rearend is 2 in wider than a 3/4 ton. My question is will the hub on the rear axle be a problem with regular wheels? And is there any other problems with doing this? Also if anyone out there has some pics after a conversion please post them up I will if I go through with this. Thanks, Lee

I've seen a few single wheel conversions before using the dually rearend. The rear tires may stick out just alittle bit more than the front tires. Maybe not enough to really tell it though.

Ahh, I flogged it and it flogged back wound up jumping a ditch and taking out a fence post. Not as bad as I expected it to be. I stepped out of the drivers window onto the pavement. Barry Furlong came along hooked up a chain pulled me a little until I straddled the ditch then I drove it the rest of the way out and then home. :doh:
