Pick my turbo

So I'm buying a turbo this weekend and idk enough about them to just pick one out I do a lot of towing and daily driving, but I don't want something tiny, the new mods I just purchased was .24 delivery valves 60# valve springs,50 hp high pressure fuel screw/bolt, dual fuel line kit for the injection pump,and rack plug with my already existing mods. Any help would be great!

My buddy used to have this turbo on his truck, before he sold it, and did a lot of towing and still went to the track to. I don't no exactly what his egts where towing but i couldn't have been to bad if he keep on the for 2 years.
