Truck threw this code today. I was cruising on the highway. I cleared it and hope it doesn't come back.

P2284 ICP Injector control pressure sensor circuit range/performance A difference in commanded versus actual injection oil pressure was detected.
 
The tune asked for a certain ammount of pressure. It didn't get what it wanted and threw a tantrum.
 
Should I check my oil or nothing really to worry about. Could this be caused by an oil pump failing.
 
Could also be an intermittent connection with the ICP sensor. If it looked to see a value, while the wire wiggled and it saw zero, that would do it. Check your connections, give them a wiggle and see if it comes back. Do the simple obvious stuff first.

Don't panic... yet.
 
If it was intermittant signal. It would set the code for intermittant. No signal isn't a differrence its NO signal.
