So This was a timely post for me, since I was about to bite the bullet and purchase a 2nd Gen 3 pod dash unit to use....but would prefer the 1st gen Banks unit.

I have sent an e-mail requesting a couple units.

Don't think so. From what I've seen, and gathered, Banks seems to only keep products in production as long as they are moving through the doors.

I checked their website and couldn't find any 2nd gen dash pods.
