possible vp failure?

i was driving while ago and i noticed that when im at a lite to half throttle my truck is acting like it is cutting out, just an off an on real fast cut out..i had my tst on level 4 so i turned it off an was just running the smarty and it stopped, so i turned the tst back on an put the pedal to the floor and it just took off no cut out or anything...my vp has a lil over 100,000 miles on it and is 5 years old...what could possibly be the problem? any input is appreciated.

Could be pump shudder from the Tst. Are there any codes?

i was thinking that but it usually starts to shudder from level 6 and up, it just started doing this today, and no there isnt any codes
 
Might try an apps reset just to rule it out.

i did that a couple of weeks ago, but i will try it again, come to think about it, that just might be the problem
