Anyone ever sandblast and powdercoat their ugly dirty lines

Lots have. You have to be very careful you don't get sand inside the line (kills injectors), or under the nut (makes lines crack over time).

This.

You have to be quite meticulous.

Never PCd any but i like to save old quill(crossover tubes) to thread into each end for painting/handling

I sandblasted and painted mine, didn't powder coat though. Don't spray to much powder on the part of the nut the wrench slips on, it's already a tight fit. And i know powder oat is more durable than regular paint but I'm sure it'll still chip

I went to a local place (EPI plating) that does different types of bolt coatings, zinc plating, etc. I had a few bolts re coated as well. I took the lines to a different place to have media blasted first and it wasn’t cheap. I am very happy with the results.
