Do you have to run a d max pump for the top pump on the ppe kit?

No. Just have to bend your own line or buy one

I used a industrial injection line. It goes from the top pump to the port on the rail where the pressure sensor goes. My rail sensor is mounted in the top pump. Not ideal, I suppose, but it works.
