problem with Livewire help

Well I have had my livewire now for along time and haven't had the usual problems. I just had Vivian send me over some new files and I can't get them to load. It keeps saying wrong serial number. I have the latest firmware and tune revision and am using the latest x3/livewire updater. Vivian has had to use the master serial number with me since day one since my livewire decided to delete its own. All of my previous tunes have worked just these 2 will not seem to load. Do I have to install new drivers of any kind do you think? It STILL loads my old tunes fine just not the new ones. Vivian is stumped as well as me. i have called SCT and they told me to send it back. I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem and how did ya fix it before I send it back to them. If not I am gonna send her away tomorrow as I am already tired of driving stock lol. Thanks a million guys.
