What is used to reprogram and mess with tables in the 96-98 12v is it a star scan..... Thanks for any help!!
 
Tables to control what exactly?

STAR scan is used to flash the controller. IMO The only useful thing it will let you do is enable a forced lockup switch without going in to limp mode.

Well I was looking at seeing if I could adjust the shift tables in the pcm with any type of dodge star scan or such
