Hey cummins guys have a few questions about a truck I'm building. Building a second gen p pumpd engine for my 99 250 crew cab. Can I just block off the fuel return in the back of the head? Since I'm using diffferent inj pump? And boost line to AFC housing, 3/16 line or 1/4 inch?

No that is Injector return you cant block that off

Ok, so tee that into inj pump return?

Yes on combining the injector return with the pump return. Doesn't matter on the line going to the AFC, the stock line is like 1/8.

ok thanks, still am undecided on turbo and injector combo. running fass 150, 4k gsk, 0 fuel plate mod, 191 delivery valves. primarily going to be used for a tow pig.
I was looking around and thinking 6x15 injecotrs and a borg warner 64.5 sxe.
