Well I decided to go with the family's 1066 for my farm stock build, it has quite a history with us, so why not continue it right?

The T/A is gone out of it, I was looking for a t/a specifically designed to be heavy enough to withstand pulling, I have come up empty handed on that search. I have however found several that are claimed to be "The heaviest duty" or other claims.

So thought I would ask you guys to see what was being used for pulling tractors.

Thanks guys

I would call Hy-Capacity... They have some pretty serious T/As available. Their spragless version has been known to lift the front end going from low to high. Also, get a T/A for an 88 series; the reduction ratio is less than the 06-86 series ones giving you an in between gear instead of a hydraulic downshift.

hycap it good but if you really want a TA call Allied in pocohontas IA the 5 disk is about 1300 and should last forever
