I have heard you can pull through the in tank pump on the 3rd gen with a fass 95-150, is this true or is the dip tube a must? Thanks Chris

The suction tube is needed as the in tank pump is much too restrictive for the FASS system to pull through. As a matter of fact, There isnt a pump out there that can pull through the in tank pump.

Besides, You will want the suction tube as it allows unrestricted flow to the pump to allow for maximum GPH.
