Quadzilla causing high idle when turned off?

Today I let my brother drive my truck so before he left I turned the Quadzilla adrenaline on my '01 down to level 0. When he brought it back it was idling around 1k-1,200 rpm. When I hit the throttle it went back to a normal idle but then I shut it off and re started it and it happened again. This time I turned the box up to level 1 and it idled fine and hasnt happened since. Is something wrong with the box? Or could it perhaps be the MAP sensor? Thanks.

Thats normal operation of the box. Level 0 is high idle. Also level 0 is boost fooling with no added fuel so id just run it on 1 if you want stock.
