Quest for 800 hp

Looking to see if anyone has similar set up and what hp levels they are seeing and what 1/4 mile times they have.

Have 2006 Cummins, has built tranny, have put a 178/208 cam in springs and push rods. I have also put in 150 hp injectors and a 63/96/1.1 box Borg Warner 2nd Gen swap style. Am keeping stock cp3 with bag of parts for now till money permits. Also have efi live for tuning and will be dyno tuning in spring. Just looking for numbers and what suggestions people have.

It's an s400 frame 63 compressor wheel with a 96mm exhaust wheel and ar is 1.1. Was planning on messing around with the exhaust side. Turbo was just to good of a deal to pass up
 
Twin turbo 63/s480 and going to a bigger cp3 or duels will get you to 800hp. Bag of parts won't help you much.

You sure it isnt a 63(64)/83/1.1? borg number 169012. Those are a t6 foot from the factory which is what makes some think they have the 96mm wheel.

X2 basically my exact set up and it runs great! Dual pumps same turbos and 130% injectors did 847 with stock cam. Once it's rebuilt it will be interesting to see what 200% injectors and a 184/210 cam do!
 
800 is easy. S467, 60% overs, 10.6mm pump is really all it took me.

No it is a 96mm wheel. It was built with parts from 3 different box turbos so a 96 wheel could be run when we had a box turbo rule in our 2.5 class
 
Step 1 is to ditch that turbo. The 64mm s400 wheel is non ett and flows like a box fan.
 
I'm running a 12v so I'm not a lot of help. But my old build was mid 800s with a 62/80 combo. For me that was good for pretty consistent 10.7s.

Or you could go with a double batmowheel s466 from me. Just an option :poke:
