Did you keep your factory filter setup or get rid of it? My pump is regulated at 22psi, but I can pull it down to 15psi with my comp box off. Im wondering if there is a flow restriction through the stock filter housing. The filter is new and im using 1/2" line and fittings. I had this problem before with my last lift pump. I just figured when I switched to an Airdog it would maintain the pressure. I also installed a Hellman sump. It didnt help. Im not sure what the pressure will drop to once I turn my comp back on.

What model of air dog. If it has filters on the air dog you don't use your factor filter.

I removed the fuel filter cannister and am using GDP Billet Delete Bracket

For the intank LP, I am using a modified fuel cannister from Chris at HDR Diesel

With filers on the pump you don't need the factor filter. Kind of the point of having a high dollar pump with filters. I always just drain the fuel out of them and cap the old line.
