R&R rods -- need new wrist pin bushings

I have a set of R&R 5.9/6.7 rods with 625 studs and clearanced caps for sale. One of the rods spun the wrist pin bushing a little, so it is recommended that they all get new bushings. $1600

What you say it spun a little , did it spin like .100 or actually spun

Here are pics. Not sure if wrist pin clearance was too tight or if bushing was installed wrong to begin with. I've had machinist tell me both.
