Sorry to interrupt everyone's day,
This is just a discussion some friends and I were having,
On a p7100 pump or similar setups, does anyone have a general idea how much torque the shaft needs to run the pump?
Obviously would change depending on the pump and how much fuel it's pushing and everything else.
Does the drive gear ever have a tendency to wear with big pumps? Shafts ever snap?
I did a fair bit of searching and have the impression that the pump and geat etc driving it are strong enough to handle everything without being a weak point, but really can't find much info.
