Rough hazy idle after few mods

Just put a Hamilton bigstick 181 cam in a 2001, replaced engine seals an a new II 64mm phat shaft, truck has fass, smarty, 150 sticks, an hot rod vp, manual trans. I'm getting a rough hazy idle out of it! Replaced the cam sensor, all timing marks were aligned properly, an valve lash set accordingly, also haven't had any codes! Any insite or advice please?

I would think that with the 150's depending who's they are and the hotrod pump it is just the nature of the beast.
