So how would this do on stock fuel? Have an opportunity to get a nib iron horn kit but feel this turbo is probably to big. Since I haven’t updated my sig in a while this is going on a 2011 3500 4x4

From what I've seen on the forums the smallest single most people go with on a 6.7L is s464 with turbine housing depending on what you do with the truck. But that may be with tuning as well. I bet it would spool well especially if you run tuning.

Well as of right now I have a H&S MM but an autocal from my LML on stand by. I think it will work but I come to this site for knowledge. This truck is primarily used for my 5th wheel but also can’t seem to shake that diesel toy bug as well. It would get fueling upgrades but only with failure

I don't have any experience with it but from the research I did on building a 6.7CR would lead me to believe it would spool very well. I don't think it's too big at all. Some would say it's too small cause they like to just go straight to s464-67.7. just make sure you get the right turbine wheel and housing. I would think you'd want to only go either .91 or 1.00 T4

It all depends on exhaust housing size. Wouldn't be my first choice for 5th wheel dedicated.
