S400 96mm Turbine Service Kit

Does anyone know a part number or full service kit number for an S400 turbo that has the factory dual piston ring seal on the turbine shaft? The last 2 S400 rebuilds I have done, I have ordered service kits from my supplier and they have come with only a single piston ring for the turbine. I have made it known to them that the kits are wrong, but obviously nothing has been done. That is why I'm turning to CompD.

If anyone knows where I can get just the new replacement dual piston rings or even a whole service kit with both rings, please let me know. I have a turbo completely built, just need to locate the correct rings.

I have to have the 28mm dual rings on hand separate. Nobody makes a kit with them in the states to my knowledge. Send me your address and I will get a couple rings headed to you.
