s475 worth running

I have a s475 .90 is it worth running as a single will it light ok or will I need a spool flange? I dont have head work cam nothing like that. I have 5.20s 5ks 1800 stall convertor full cuts and some nitrous would it be to laggy for drag racing
 
What turbine wheel?

You will probably need a looser convertor for it to work well. It makes all the difference

Give it a shot. TC being too tight or shift points too low would be your biggest issue you may run into with it

Manual vb so I think ill be ok like you said stall i think would be an issuenI didn't know if the head would flow good enough i see 24v cr and 6.7 spin them ok. thanks for input guys.
 
That 83 turbine will really choke you up but i ran a 76/83/.90 for a while and it spooled good (i ran a five speed) they create alot of drive pressure.
