Switch the shift tower to the 98 and up style, and you can. The 97 and down doesn't have one available.

No need to apologize. As to finding one, any 98 and up NV4500 with have the shift tower you want, whether it's behind a 5.9 V8, V10 or CTD. They are interchangeable, with the only problem being with the 4wd linkage. I can't remember exactly on how that works.
