Remember I am in Canada eh.. so these are KMs, not miles but the 22.8 is obviouly MPG

This milage is using everything in my sig with some stanadyne and both chips wide open.

70% hwy and 30% city.

Show me the your MPG

and yes, I know I have a burnt out head lamp and no washer fluid

acorrding to the overhead I'm getting 27.3 mpg but that is a little when go and use the calculator which comes up with any where from 19.5 to 21.2 mpg. The overhead has read up to 35 mpg but really only got 19.5 so I have to see what this tank gets.
 
Your overhead is going to be way off if you are using any form of power adder. Remember that any power adder is playing with the electronics, telling the engine that everything is cool, even though it isnt (as the factory would see it) so your overhead gets the benifit of that too. It can only tell you what the sensors tell it, after it is filtered by the computer
