Unlocked Smarty SSR 03-07 and VIN locked UDC Main Dongle. You would need a VIN dongle to get started self-tuning, or if you plan on someone else tuning for you. I think most tuners include the VIN dongle in their pricing. $500 shipped.
 
Not trying to be an ass, I'm just curious as to why you would be trying to sell a VIN LOCKED main dongle?
Id be interested in this have it not be locked. I currently am running the S06 and wanting to go this exact route. If not even try out the new HP Tuners VCM.
 
Because in order to tune with UDC you are still required to have a Main Dongle. It costs around $250 for a new, unlocked main dongle. If you want to tune additional vehicles with UDC, or if you have a VIN locked main dongle, you can buy the additional VIN dongle for around $65.
