My truck ate #5 and #6 looks like.

So I'm financially thinking of just refreshing this engine VS replacing or a full rebuild.
I'll have the crank polished etc and hopefully get a cam in the process but its Christmas time and I'm trying to build a house right now.
Suggestions on stock replacement pistons as far as a place to purchase.?
The truck is with Cam at Utah Diesel and I know I can get a good deal on a low mile engine from him but if I can rebuild/ repair mine thats what I need to do.
I am going to call my credit union to see about refinancing the truck and if that works out I may look into a 6.7 long block and swap over my 5.9 stuff? Never know I guess.
