Speedometer Jumping

This has been going on for over a year, and now i want to fix it. I noticed it about a month after I got my alarm/remote starter put in, so i took it back and they blamed it on the my radio. I have a kenwood dvd/nav system in the truck.
After that i figured maybe it was my sensor on the rear diff, so i changed it along with the fluid, and it still does it.
It jumps when im in park and my foot is on the brake, and when im in Drive and come to a stop. but only when my foot is on the brake.
What could i look for to get this fixed?

Check your grounds for your remote start/alarm. If it happened after you instaled them. Grounds do cool things when combined. If that doesn't do it check power points and seperate them.
