SRW to Cab and Chassis DRW Help

Thinking about buying a cab and chassis d.80 to swap into my 2500. I want to swap to drw and put a flatbed on it. I understand that the cab and chassis rear ends ,from doing a little reading, are shorter than a regular dually rear but by how much? Is it longer, shorter, or the same as my SRW and would it bolt right in? I just don't want to buy a flatbed and have it hanging over the the tires a bunch. Any advice/input would be appreciated. Thanks
