I am building a twin setup with a non-wastegated 62/68/.91 over an 80/96/1.32 and external wastegate.

I am wanting to do an angled up manifold flange with the wastegate port on top as well from steed speed.

My question is will my turbo setup have enough room between the turbo and the valve cover to fit the wastegate there.

Like this? Same turbo setup you are building except a 60mm compressor wheel. The wastegate is also not in steeds standard spot, we cut the gate in on the back three cylinders only.

Is the manifold angled upward or straight up.

Also so your only wastegating the front 3 only

Yes it is angled upward and yes front 3 only don't know why I said back 3 originally.

Awesome, well it looks like it won't fit at all in the middle.

Also how big is your wastegate mine is a 48mm tial with a 2.5" flange

An external gate fits fine with Steeds standard location. This is a set I built for a cr.
