stud problems

I bout a set of american racing dually rims they are the new pro serise that just came out. I am having a problem with breaking my studs off the lug nuts are torqued to 140 foot pounds they have been backing out and becomeing loose. it is breaking the studs off clean with the hub. The wheels have new centering rings and all. has anyone had this problem in the past buy chance

Are the lug nuts bottoming out on the threads before proper torque is applied to the wheel?

No sir they are not. i looked into that cause thats the first thing i though of im only have that problem with the front two rims the rear duallys are fine

Are the wheels both piloting on the hubs properly?
