Sxe 69 daily driver

Absolutely need 2 tunes for this situtation. One for racing one for street.

Trying to spool the thing on the street should be much easier since you are not break boosting / limiting revs. Trying to spool it while brake boosting will require signficantly more fuel.

I have 4 tunes on my setup that serve different purposes.

Emissions: %100 clean no matter what
Daily: %80 clean, leaving a light at WOT will haze pretty good
Tow: more fuel in the 0-5 psi range than my daily and much less wiretap
Race: can be smokey leaving a light with aggressive wiretap

This thing while being daily driven is much less so because i got another truck so ive been just pedaling this truck to be clean. And really even with my old tune i have showed you 2 it was as clean as my common rail is with a smarty on lvl 5

I ran a 12.3 in the quarter mile with an edge drag comp, mach 7 injectors, 366 with a .91 t4 and 285 70 16 all terrain tires.

Here ya go.

Tune
Power Levels: 11

Timing
Fuel Load Timing: 1.5
Low PSI Timing Reduct: 5
Timing Reduct Scaling: %75
Cruise Timing Adv: 6
Cruise Timing Boost PSI Limit: 0

Timing vs rpm
1500: 15*

Timing Max: 26*

Wiretap
Pump Stretch:1600
TPS Pump max: %100
TPS Pump Min: %30
Minimum Pump Tap Fueling Percentage: %0 ** please correct this if it was wrong for this data log. It is critical to understanding the log to know what this tuning variable is set at.
Pump Low Boost Scale PSI: 0

Boost Scaling: 40

Couple questions,

1. Why are you using so little throttle on the boosted launch? the max fuel you are throwing at the truck by the end is %60 of what you could be. you are not reaching %50 fueling until 3/4 the way into the data log. Does the turbo light better or worse if you use more throttle input? The logs looks like your boost is following TPS increase and not so much having to do with time.

2. It looks like boost starts to build when you hit %30 tps, which makes sense because wiretap is not set to start applying until %30 in the above tune. brings me back to question 1. How does it do if you just jumpt ot %50 throttle rather than slowly applying tps?

My fuel stretch is set to 1700, min pump tap is at 50% and timing table is 2° lower accross the board. I was pedaling into it because when i step on it fast boost raises to about 5 psi or so and then flatlines. I havent messed with it since the drags other than the one launch though, but at the drags if i tried to bump in or roll into pedal too fast truck would bog and loose boost

This is the tune i was running for the spooling data log. I will try to get another data log for you in the next couple days of just matting the pedal and seeing if how the truck reacts.

I would data log boosted launches.

Do
%20 throttle snap
%30 tps snap
%40 tps snap
%50 tps snap

Then compare how fast things build. Datalogging is your friend when it comes ot this stuff.

Ok I'll do my best to get those. I'll also do a foot to the floor one just to see what happens. my problem from the last one i did was it pushed through the brakes on me when boost shot up. Also looking at the graph compared to my boost gauge, my mechanical gauge was reading 25+ psi when I let out and the graph barely shows 20

All we are reading is what the ecm is telling us. Your map sensor might we old etc. Not really an issue provided we have stable psi numbers to use for tuning.
