t-case difference between auto and man trans

I swapped a manual into my auto truck recently and then shortly thereafter cracked the case on the newly swaped manual tranny transfer case. my question is: what is the difference in the two transfer cases? is it just the input shaft? I want to try to take my old auto transfer case and make it work with a manual transmission using the parts out of that cracked t case I have in there now

All you need to do is swap out the 23 spline input for the 29 spline from the manual tcase, If it were me i would just split the case and swap the whole planitary setup with the input.
