Designed for t4 flange and 3" schedule 80 pipe. M10 x 1.5 threaded holes to match manifold studs. Net thickness is .5" with .25" 37* bevel for welding. Other side is not machined flat. I did that so it could be flattened after welding.

Pic shows it's a divided flange. I knife edged the divider which may not be so clear. Fully machined, not hand ground.
 
bump, somebody wants a stainless flange. looks like I shouldn't have made 2, I would have still had the material.
