Really really new to diesel's. Been around gaser's for a while. Love jeeps too. Got two of them. Thinking I'm gonna have to sell one to pay for this new habit. Really just want to learn, and not piss anybody off with stupid questions. Looks great so far. Keep up the good work.

Take out the fuel rail plug and install your PRV back in or get one a modded one.

Ok. Now I've already read something about that on here. Why if you don't mind.

Your rail pressure needs a place to vent when it spikes or goes too high, with it plugged up it sends all of the damaging pressure through the injectors causing a failure or a hung injector and a melted piston.

ok. so i should shim it?? Do you have the pressures handy. Ie, what's stock, what's bad even in short bursts, etc...?? Don't wanna throw what little bit of cash I have at stock injectors.
