tipm testing

The wires that run along the frame on the drivers side got cut. I got everything back together wire wise.

What works
Running lights with key on
Break lights
No more abs light on
An fuses an relays good on tipm

What don't work
Fuel level gauge
Turn signals
Wipers
4 ways
An lights won't come on with out the key.

I took apart the harness were it meets the bottom on the fender an probed each connector and only got power from the things that I know already work. From what it looks like it goes straight up the fender into the main harness an then to the tipm. My next step will be to see if it's working at the tipm connector, I just ran out of time today.
Is there any way to see if a tipm is bad?
 
Pretty sure Dodge can check for being good or not. Probably other places also.
 
Dodge reflashed my TIPM when the starter "relay" part of it overloaded and tripped

What was your truck doing? Or would the starter just not engage? Is the dealer the only one who can reflash?

When you turned the key to start it wouldn't do anything. After it was reset by the dealer it worked fine
