Torque converter locker

I was wondering if there is a way to rig up a switch on my 47re tranny to lock up the torque converter
 
Yeah, TC lock up switch, there are plenty of write ups if you search in the correct section of Dodge Tech. If I had a link I would hook ya up but you can find it easy enough
 
So if the switch is off.Will the tranny and tq act normal?Or once you do this mod,you have to use the switch every time?
 
If the switch is off yes it will be back to normal, u can leave the switch on but when ur comin to a stop drop the shifter down into 2nd an that will unlock the TQ, after ur stopped put it back into drive an it will lock back up once it hits 2nd gear
 
Thanks guys.Just wanted to make sure if the wifes drives it.She doesnt have to use the switch to lock it.Going to do this today.
