We are going to do a P-pump swap on a 98.5 and have a complete 215 hp motor with a rod knocking as a donor motor.
This truck has had TPS issues from day 1 and has continued to despite Tps replacements, a rewire kit , double grounding, and finally a stand alone computer controller. Here's my Question Has anyone with a P-pump used a rheostat to replace the TPS ? I know it has been done on the 12valve trucks . This truck will be going back to using the factory computer or a full manual valve body. Thanks Rich
