tranny help asap

what is done to trans is in my sig. Here's what happened, it was doing fine yesterday then this morning when I was on the way home(still stuck on the road) the converter started going in and out of lockup and when I stopped at the red light it wouldn't take off again. I'm thinking converter but what bothers me is when I let it sit for a minute or so it will go till I let off the throttle. So what do y'all think?

when i had a converter go out it did some real stupid stuff like that. but could also be soliniod pack or somethin like that.
