trans computers?

Has anyone had a bad TCM cause intermittent limp , but when the trans shifts it shifts great , CVI data is within range , trans was rebuilt ,new VB , new solenoid pack, all clutches air checked good.owner purchased it and it went out shortly after.
Any help is appreciated
