Trans is killing me!!

Just got trans back in and new set up is about a week old. Today the truck was running great trans shifting great and holding. After truck sat for about 4 hrs I went out to get dinner and now the converter won't lock. It goes in and out in and out, won't hold even when I flip the lock up switch. Came home checked fluids all is good, put the truck in reverse and I was locking and unlocking in reverse. I don't know if it is electrical or something Els. Might service the trams tomorrow and see what is in the pan.
 
Edit: I put the truck in reverse and while backing up the converter was locking in and out in and out on its own while I was backing up.
