transfer case not going into 4 low

hi there. I have an ats 48re transmission, ats co pilot and efi live on my 2006 dodge. my transfer won't go into 4 low or neutral but will go into 4 hi. the problem started since I got Efi live..I've heard some people talking about a toggle switch that you can put in to fool the transfer case to make it think it's in neutral. any help would be greatly appreciated. Its something in the tunning for sure, check with who ever did your tuning and tell them what its doing. This used to happen to me with my smarty when i would mess with the tourq settings. Since i've switched to EFI, I havent had a problem. Its most likely not the motor on the transfer case.
